Ronald K. Barnes

Mr. Barnes originally joined the Clearinghouse in 1998 and has over 40 years of experience in the industry. His responsibilities at the Clearinghouse have expanded from his initial focus on business development to his current responsibilities as President. Along with Mr. Ken Olive, Mr. Barnes remains the face of the Clearinghouse and is a readily recognizable A&D professional with a far-reaching network of industry contacts. Prior to joining the Clearinghouse, he spent twenty years with various Tenneco Oil and Tenneco Energy entities, in various management positions, including land, contract negotiations, natural gas marketing, trading and transportation. Mr. Barnes is an SEC broker dealer registered representative holding Series 63 and 22 licensing. Mr. Barnes is currently serving on the Advisory Board for OU’s Energy Management Program, is a member of several industry organizations, and is a 1976 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management.


Kenneth R. Olive, Jr.

Mr. Olive founded The Clearinghouse in 1993. Under his hand, the Clearinghouse has established itself as the industry leader in live and Internet auction marketing of oil and gas properties, as well as one of the leading technical and transaction advisors in the industry. Ken is a member of numerous industry professional associations and is a member of IPAA’s South East Region Board of Directors. He has been named the Entrepreneur of the Year in the category of Energy and Energy Services by the Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur program. He has also been named Outstanding Landman by HAPL and received the APEX award from AAPL for professional excellence and his entrepreneurial spirit. He received his BBA from Texas Tech University in 1974.


Patrick M. DaPra

Mr. DaPra joined The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse in October 2010. He has more than thirty years of diverse energy industry experience mainly with small independent exploration and production companies. Prior to joining The Clearinghouse, Mr. DaPra was the Manager of Business Development at ERG Resources, L.LC. Prior to ERG, he was Managing Director at Moyes & Co., Inc. Mr. DaPra actively assisted clients with operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and various contract interpretations. Preceding Moyes, Mr. DaPra was Managing Director of Cambrian Capital Corporation where he was responsible for the development of oil and gas assets and monitoring loans for compliance. He worked for various independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in the accounting and finance areas. Mr. DaPra holds a BBA Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association.


Denna K. Arias

Ms. Arias has more than 20 years in the oil and gas industry with more than 15 years spent in business development with The Clearinghouse.  She is involved in the evaluation of acquisitions and divestitures and the development of sales opportunities with The Clearinghouse team.  Prior to The Clearinghouse, her professional experience included property evaluation and project coordination with Swift Energy Company and DDD Energy, Inc.  Ms. Arias received her B.A. in Business Management and obtained a PLM Certification.  She is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, Houston Producers Forum, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association.

Chase Morris

Mr. Morris received his B.A. from the University of Texas Arlington and has more than 26 years of business development experience. Prior to joining The Clearinghouse, he was Vice President of Acquisitions & Divestitures/Business Development at Noble Royalties in Dallas, TX. His responsibilities included management, sales, marketing and organizational strategy for the Acquisitions and Divestitures team. Mr. Morris also had 18 years of success in business development, marketing and management before his start in the energy industry. Mr. Morris is on the board of the East Texas ADAM as well as a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association and Louisiana Oil & Gas Association.

Mr. Medlin received his Bachelor Degree from University of Oklahoma and has more than twelve years of business development experience. Prior to joining The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse his professional experience included real estate, sales and marketing. Mr. Medlin is a member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and The Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Mr. Townsend received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse in 1994, he spent the 10 years in the areas of production optimization and formation evaluation throughout the Gulf Coast, West Texas, Rockies and the West Coast. He is a SEC broker-dealer registered representative holding Series 63 and 22 licensing. Mr. Townsend is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association.
